Shipping & Returns
All packages are shipped with small care tidbits and an itemized, non-costed receipt of purchase (just in case it's a gift). Packaging will vary by product size and weight, and are not included in the feature pricing unless otherwise stated.

Smaller items are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and large items are shipped via UPS with tracking and insurance against loss or damage (just in case). Generally time in transit will be between 5 and 7 business days for most locations in North America. Shipping across the water will vary depending on destination country.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
While art pieces are subject to visible differences when viewed in person versus on a monitor or phone, I do appreciate that the wear, fit, or size may not have been what you expected. Art pieces are not mass produced and a return or refund is subject to item-by-item assessment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me with photos and why you are not satisfied. I always want to know how I can improve your customer experience.
If the item was damaged on delivery, please include photos of damaged packaging and damage to the piece. Upon approved assessment, a return label will be emailed to you and as soon as it is received a replacement piece will be sent out.
Approved returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
